By accessing or enrolling in any program offered by Lumivara Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility

Our programs are open to individuals aged 16 and older. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Program Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled program — which may include immersive online classes, gamified learning modules, interactive workshops, live mentorship sessions, and virtual learning communities. Access duration is specified at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Lumivara Academy platform — including course materials, videos, worksheets, and community resources — is the exclusive property of Lumivara Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written consent.

Code of Conduct

Participants in our virtual learning communities and live sessions are expected to engage respectfully. Lumivara Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior without refund.

Limitation of Liability

Lumivara Academy provides educational content for informational and developmental purposes. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hardin County, Kentucky.

At Lumivara Academy, we stand behind the quality of our Premium Interactive Learning Experiences. If you are not satisfied, we want to make it right.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, provided you have completed less than 20% of the program content. To request a refund, email us at info@lumivaraacademy.com with your order details.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: programs where more than 20% of content has been accessed, live mentorship sessions that have already taken place, challenge-based cohort programs after the cohort start date, and any downloadable resources once accessed.

Live Sessions & Workshops

If you are unable to attend a scheduled live session or interactive workshop, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to provide a recording or reschedule where possible. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to your program, contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy, which may include an extension of access.

Processing Time
